Unfortunately, our order was 'missed' even though I had paid extra for a next day delivery. Our Year 8 students were unable to complete their planned lesson and were hugely disappointed.
We have not used your company before and will have reservations about using you again, I'm sorry to say.
We bought an eye and a heart to explore their potential use for ultrasound teaching. We will need to set them in gelatine. Too early to know if this will work for training though.
The people at Darwin Biological are great to deal with and we will buy more.

Very happy with the kidneys but not with the delivery. I paid for 'next day delivery' but it was actually three days before they arrived.

Nice sterile loops, for me much easier than having to flame/heat the same loop dozens of times.
The order arrived well packaged and in a timely manner and as described - as always with Darwin Biological. Thank-you - note: It would be good however to see the packaging materials considered, so no polystyrene chips used and another form of more sustainable packing material used instead perhaps, please.

Used for an anatomy lesson, great resource that the students loved. Could be improved by leaving the ureter, artery and Vein attached.
Upon received them, we realised that there are some water condensing on some plates. Is it normal?

Good for low power use (x40) to demonstrate how to measure for an estimate of cell size. Not good at a higher power magnification as the imprint of the scale and numbers cannot be seen.
Thank you for sending out our order so promptly and so well packaged (all sustainable, which was very nice to see). We were very pleased with our order and have already dissected our way through a significant proportion, so will be looking to re-order a similar quantity at a similar time next year.
